The prescription seems mostly okay, but one of the lenses feels a little off to me. I tried bringing it up, but I kind of felt dismissed, like it wasn’t really taken seriously. Not a terrible experience, just frustrating because I can definitely notice the difference.

I was trying to order contacts and everything was going okay until I got to the payment page. It just felt kind of clunky, and I kept looking around for clearer info about how my card details were being protected, but I couldn’t really find enough to make me feel comfortable.

Maybe it’s totally fine, I don’t know, but in the moment I just didn’t feel great about typing my card info in there. I ended up leaving the order and buying from another site instead. Just wasn’t worth the stress for me...

It’s been easy to use for the most part. I didn’t really have to think too hard about getting started, which I appreciate, and most things kind of make sense as you go. There were maybe a couple moments where I paused and had to figure out where something was, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it does what I need and feels simple enough to keep using.

I had a frustrating experience with their customer service. I emailed about my order and the replies were super slow and really short, like they weren’t even answering what I asked ?? It felt like they just wanted to close the ticket and move on. I had to keep following up just to get basic info. After this, I wouldn’t use optimaloptic.com again.

The glasses showed up just fine, no big disaster there. But the packaging was so plain that it kind of made me pause like, wait... is this really the brand? I’m still not totally convinced about the authenticity, so the whole thing feels a bit unresolved.

Ordered my glasses from optimaloptic and everything came as I picked it. Same frames, same lenses, no issues there. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Packaging was fine. I’d give it 4 stars

The glasses looked fine at first, but after just a few days the frame started feeling really cheap and got loose. I also noticed tiny marks on the lenses, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected better quality, and now I feel kind of trapped with a pair I don’t really want to keep using.

I booked my eye appointment on optimaloptic.com it was easy. The available time slots were clear, the confirmation came through quickly, and I didn’t have to call anyone, which was nice. I guess I was expecting it to be more of a hassle, but it really wasn’t. Simple process overall and I didn’t run into any issues.

I had to keep chasing them about my refund, and every reply took way too long. What made it more annoying was that they kept pointing to their policy instead of actually helping move things along. it was a frustrating experience and I’m not happy with how it was handled.

I ordered from Optimal Optic and the package got here way faster than I expected, like I actually did a double take when it showed up. The tracking updated normally the whole time too, which was nice because I didn’t have to sit there spiraling about where my order was. I’m not giving 5 stars only because the box was a little bent, which felt mildly dramatic when I first saw it, but everything was fine inside. Overall, good experience!

"Shockingly, glasses that are actually comfortable"
I ordered my glasses from optimaloptic.com and, weirdly enough, they fit perfectly straight out of the box. No sliding down my nose every five minutes, no digging in behind my ears, almost suspiciously comfortable. I wore them all day and genuinely forgot they were on, which is pretty much the dream. Very happy with how comfy they are
